What Makes You Smile?

This post is sponsored by Smile Generation. All opinions are my own.

What makes you smile? For me, it’s 100% my kids… especially the littlest one wearing his pom hat in the chilly weather. Luke, Eden, Adam and Jude have me in stitches almost every day, cracking up at their antics and witty humor. It’s hard not to smile when you’re around this bunch of cotton headed ninny muggins, ha!

You know, this time of year can be so chaotic. Truth be told, it’s sometimes hard to slow down and enjoy the day to day excitement of the holidays.

We’ve been so busy with end of year school events, holiday shopping, family and friends get togethers, Jeff’s knee surgery (oy!), and holiday activities like The Nutcracker and Zoo Lights. Needless to say, it’s difficult to slow down for anything at all!

That being said, this time of year is also a great time for me to begin making goals for 2020. I don’t like leaving anything behind at the end of the year, and I don’t like waiting to start making my goals. If there is something I have to leave behind in 2019, I want to make sure the task is completed as soon as the new year begins.

One of my top goals for 2020 is to be more intentional about our dental health! Our bi-annual trips to the dentist have taken a seat on the back-burner, yet again. It is so easy to put off the dentist, because I make excuses. I’m busy. Oh, the kids teeth aren’t that bad! And so on..

In walks Smile Generation into my life! I was really excited to learn more about Smile Generation and how they make visiting the doctor so easy for the typical family, like ours! Smile Generation understands that I’m a busy mom of 4. Between after school activities, work, keeping the house in order and taking time to prepare meals…. there aren’t enough lines on my to-do list for making a dental appointment. It’s stressful enough to even think about!

Smile Generation is there to make that first trip to the dentist easy. We are due for routine visits, but even if you’re looking for something more specific like invisible aligners or a necessary emergency procedure, Smile Generation makes everything as pain free as possible! To me, that is super exciting, especially at this time of year with the holidays.

After doing a great deal of research, I’m convinced Smile Generation the best place to get our family’s dental health in order for the new year… which absolutely gives ME something to smile about!

What goals have you set for 2020? Is making a dental appointment one of them? Then Smile Generation‘s website is a great place to start!
