It’s Fall Y’all – Fun Cocktails for the Season!

Pumpkin, spice and all things nice. It’s what we basic witches love best, aimright?! I am not too proud to admit that I am a total sucker for all things fall. Pumpkins, apple picking, bats, ghost, goblins, haunted houses and more.

Since today is the first day of Fall, I decided to whip up some fun fall cocktails to celebrate the start of my favorite season. All of them feature Buckeye Vodka and apple cider…. I mean, do I need to say more?!?

Enjoy these seasonal adult beverages on a chilly night or right after a long day picking apples with little ones.

Pumpkin Spice Martini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Buckeye Vodka
  • 2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • Pinch of pumpkin pie spice

How to Make:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, simple syrup, vodka, Bailey’s, and pumpkin pie spice; shake for about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into chilled martini glass.

 

Buckeye Vodka’s Cranny Smith

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz Buckeye Vodka
  • 5 oz Cranberry Juice1.5 oz Apple Cider
  • 5 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup*

How to Make:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake and strain over ice.
  2. Can also make the cranberry, apple cider cinnamon mixture warm to serve as a warm cocktail.

CINNAMON SIMPLE SYRUP

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick

How to Make:

  1. Add sugar and water to a small pot over medium high heat.
  2. Once sugar has dissolved turn off heat and add cinnamon stick. Steep for 20 minutes.
  3. Once cooled, take out cinnamon stick and pour syrup into an airtight container and store in fridge.

 

Mull it Over

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Buckeye Vodka
• 3 oz Pear Juice
• ½ oz Mulled Wine Syrup

How to Make:

  1. Add vodka and pear juice to a shaker. Shake and strain over ice.
  2. Drizzle ½ oz of wine syrup over top as a delicious spiced float.

 

MULLED WINE SYRUP

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup red wine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 winter spiced tea bags
  • Peel of one orange

How to Make:

  1. Add wine and sugar and orange peel to a small pot over medium high heat.
  2. Stir to help dissolve sugar. Once mixture is at a low boil add tea bags and turn off heat.
  3. Allow mixture to steep for 20 minutes. Strain out tea bags and orange peel.

Keep in an airtight container in the fridge

BOOT WARMER: 

This is a great drink for a cool Fall day! Mix Orange All Spice, Buckeye Vodka, apple cider and chai tea together, warm it up and enjoy this warm, festive drink!
