My mom hosts Thanksgiving at her house and is always the main chef of the day. In recent years, she’s passed on the duties of side dishes and appetizers to me, my cousin and aunt… which has helped her tremendously.
I’m usually on appetizer duty. I didn’t want to prepare an appetizer that would overtake the main meal of the day, but I still wanted a festive flare.
Enter: The Turkey Charcuterie Board!
This year, I added Expresco Chicken Skewers, because they are absolutely delicious and already pre-made!
TURKEY DAY CHARCUTERIE BOARD:
- cheddar cheese
- gouda cheese
- Colby jack cheese
- havarti cheese
- salami
- pepperoni
- wheat thins
- blackberries
- strawberries
- Expresco Chicken Skewers
- nuts and almondS
- mango (for turkey body)
CRACK DIP:
With a creamy cheesy (cream cheese and sour cream) base and loads of bacon and cheddar, it’s seasoned with ranch seasoning mix and green onions.
