Mexican Inspired Snack Board

If you’re looking for a unique twist on a classic Mexican meal…look no further.

I made this Mexican inspired charcuterie board a few weeks ago for the National Championship Game, but it’s a great dish to serve on any Taco Tuesday, weekend gathering or even the upcoming Super Bowl!

I used my all-time favorite chicken, Expresco Chicken as the protein for this meal. It’s pre-marinated and pre-cooked chicken skewers that’s packed with flavor and protein. These are my go-to for all my protein rich snack boards.

Here’s the Recipe, let me know if you decide to make this Mexican Inspired Board this week!
