Rosemary Gin Fizz
Rosemary Gin FizzThis Thanksgiving pass on the comfort cocktails and fine wines and consider pouring a gin inspired cocktail for your guests.

This recipe is only 4 ingredients and extremely refreshing. Rosemary is a wonderful compliment to turkey so why not use it with our spirits, as well. I like to use Long Drink for my gin, but if you don’t have access to Long Drink you can always sub it out for your favorite gin and club soda.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2

🍋 The Long Drink (i like the original flavor for this one)
🍋 Rosemary sprigs
🍋 Juice from 5 lemons
🍋 Simple Syrup (make your own with 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup water lemon peels and rosemary sprigs)

  1. Make your simple syrup by boiling sugar, water, lemon peels and rosemary sprigs until sugar is dissolved…let cool
  2. Juice 5 lemons
  3. Pour 3 oz lemon juice
  4. Pour 1.5 oz of simple syrup
  5. Top with Long Drink (or 2 oz of gin and 1 oz of club soda)
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary and lemon
