Let’s talk guac. I know everyone has their different spin on home made guacamole. And, still, there are some people who detest guac… admittedly, I was one of those people until I was pregnant with Luke!
I hated onions and avocado before my fist pregnancy, so weird! Now I can’t get enough. There is nothing fancy to my homemade guacamole recipe… and yours may be similar, but I wanted to share it going into the weekend.
Pair this with some tortilla chips, veggies or add it to some sourdough for the perfect turkey/Swiss melt. Guacamole is versatile and super addicting! Double this recipe if you plan to love it as much as we do, ours was gone 15 minutes after I made it yesterday.
Have a great weekend, friends!
