My first go around for dehydrating citrus for my live garland happened last Christmas. I shared a reel on IG, but didn’t post here… so here we go!
This is going to be the easiest way to decorate your home this holiday season. And it’s not too late! I snagged some live garland from a local nursery for $15. I then bought 2 oranges and some twine off Amazon.
You can sub out the oranges for lemons, limes, blood oranges or your favorite citrus…however, I like the look of naval oranges best.
Cut the oranges into small slices and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake the slices at 200 degrees for 2 hours or until slightly golden and dried out.
