Simple Yakisoba Recipe

Happy 2020! We are a full week into the new decade and I’m still on the wagon with my goals.

This year, I have vowed to be more organized, healthy, and to launch a new venture through She’s Becoming Domestic, a place for the modern mom. More to come with that soon!

In the meantime, Jeff and I have cut way back on our sugar and carb consumption. We are not Keto, but we are trying to be more aware of what we are putting in our bodies. That goes for the kids too!

On New Year’s Day on Instagram I shared my Yakisoba recipe, and promised to share all of the details. It’s actually my mom’s recipe, so I can’t take full credit.

This has been our traditional New Year’s Day meal for as long as I can remember! They say cabbage is good luck, and man, this dish is full of it! But it’s also full of other deliciousness like bacon, chicken, soba noodles and veggies.

Comment below and let me know if you plan to make the recipe or send me your photos!

Do you have a traditional New Year’s dish? If so, what is it?
